The Village - Artists for Trauma

Trauma is the #1 cause of death for Americans between 1 and 44 years old. Each year, trauma accounts for 41 million ER visits and 2 million hospital admissions.

LUCY FORD was born from a love of rock-n-roll and vintage nostalgia.

Inspired by art, music and poetry sentiment of these themes, LUCY FORD visually explores that which is familiar and unknown; Passion, pain, tragedy and transcendence.

Most of her paintings are abstract expressions of emotional and color-filled landscapes. She is drawn to creating works that feel spacious and accessible and evoke a sense of longing for freedom and solitude.
A 22 y.o. female and self-taught artist, she lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
